 Our client has an excellent opportunity within their Commercial Operations Department  for a Sales Support Executive.

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Operational support for your aligned team:

Key Responsibilities:

 You will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager to ensure effective communication to your aligned team(s) on Brand Activity / Budgets / Events etc

 Produce and analyse reporting for the business unit, aligned team and individual key customers, for example:

 Volume, Gross Margin and Trading Accounts

  New Business Performance

  Key Brands and SKU’s

   Account Development Fund

   Free Stock

 Provide support and training for your aligned team on business systems / reporting tools (Excel)

 Actively participate in aligned team meetings

  All other aspects of operational support as required.

Skills and Experience:

 Previous Operational experience essential

 Proficient IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

 Sales environment experience highly advantageous

Strong communicator across all levels of the business with the ability to influence others
