An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Design Engineer to join a leading Engineering Services company based in Glasgow.
Due to recent expansion in their design office they are seeking a highly talented Design Engineer to work on the design and development of their engineering product line.
You will be responsible for verifying product selection & proposals, designing 3-D models using Inventor, 2-D drawings using Autocad / Inventor, produce technical instruction manuals & attend design meetings for current and future projects. You will also be responsible for aiding more junior design and draughting staff in projects.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of the following:
- BEng (or similar degree)
- Previous Design Engineering experience of rotating equipment
- Autocad
- Inventor (3D)
- FEA (preferred)
