Location: Bridgegate House, Irvine What is the role? To assist the Divisional Manager in the management direction and operational development of the Common Housing Register and Common Allocation Policy in North Ayrshire.
What will you do?
Manage, direct and develop the operation of the Common Housing Register (CHR) and common allocation policy in North Ayrshire. Provide a CHR support and assistance service to staff in all partner organisations.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
A further education qualification in Business or Housing. Experience of Housing IT systems/software. Knowledge of Local Authority Housing practices and procedures and of relevant Scottish Housing Law.
