We are looking for someone to join our customer fulfilment team based in our client site in Greenock;
We require applications from candidates who are fluent (written and spoken) in the above language as well as English. Someone who can build relationship with customers for whom you will be the main post-sales contact.

Must have
Microsoft Office skills
Spanish & English, written and spoken
Administration skills
Highly developed customer service skills
IT literacy and the ability to use Excel, Word
Confident professional telephone manner

Responsibilities
To provide support to the CF Project,
Demonstrating a positive can do attitude in a target driven environment
Dealing with demanding clients and customers.
Working to tight deadlines you
Working with Claim validation and processing, following any issues with deliveries or invoices
