We are currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for our Agency based in Glasgow and Stirling which specialises in the Industrial, Commercial , Hospitality & Cleaning sectors.
The role of General Manager within Topstaff is a strategic appointment which will ensure continued profitability and growth of the company both independantly and within the overall Clyde Group. You will interface with clients , operational stakeholders ,Directors ,and your direct team to achieve stretching targets.
Working with the Director of Topstaff ,you will be responsible for managing and growing a developing business, including setting budgets, managing expenditure and guiding and motivating your team to achieve their full potential .This requires entrepreneurial flair, along with strong people managment skills.
We are keen to recruit a manager who has previous management experience within Recruitment .The person must have a proven track record of delivering first class customer service and have have excellent communication , commercial and leadership skills.
A full driving licence and the ability to travel around West /Central Scotland is a requirement for this role. A company Laptop and Mobile will be provided.
