My client based at the Gyle area of Edinburgh is seeking to recruit an office administrator to work 4 half days per week on an ongoing basis. Initially you will be on a temporary contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include - Typing, filing, raising invoices and purchase orders, booking meetings and crew accommodation and transport, as well as meeting and greeting clients and dealing with calls. A polite manner and strong customer service skills are required.
