Automatic & Manual Door Engineer – Falkirk

40 hours a week Monday-Friday - £22,000

To ensure that the highest standards of customer service are delivered whilst representing the Company to provide the highest level of technical and engineering on-site support for DORMA and other manufacturers’ door related products. 

1. To use engineering and customer care skills to provide the highest professional standards whilst repairing and maintaining door related equipment.
2. To analyse problems in a pro-active manner and resolve issues which prevent efficient and safe use of door related equipment on customers premises.
3. To actively participate in training programmes and to extend knowledge and experience wherever possible.
4. Self motivated to work without supervision and use initiative where necessary.
5. To ensure that the Company guidelines regarding Health & Safety are met and incidents and dangerous occurrences are reported in a timely manner.
