The Role:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR - Case Management ( Absence & Performance) within HR Operations in Glasgow. The role involves the provision of an effective, confidential and professional support service to employees across our client's organisation.
Working in a team you will provide HR support and advice to employees and people leaders across the organisation. You will be involved in supporting case management relating primarily to performance and absence.
Client Profile:
Our clients are a global bank with over 1800 sites, employing 38000 staff and are committed to providing the highest level of customer service to their personal. private and business clients. They combine local service of a very establish regional bank with the global strength of their parent company to offer a wide range of services both personal and business customers.

Experience/Qualifications

CIPD Qualification or working towards this
Minimum 2 years experience within an HR environment
Minimum 1 years in Case Management (Absence and Performance)
Ability to manage own workload and to work on own initiative
Relationship Management Skills - e.g. influencing, stakeholder management, dealing and having difficult conversations.

Desirable
Understanding of Employment law and experience in coaching over the telephone
