Cumbernauld - Salary: £16,403 + £1500 Back Shift Personal Allowance

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers who are informing us they are moving home.  With excellent customer service skills and an aptitude for sales, you will work with our customers to retain their business at their new property, building rapport with them to create a relationship and identify if any of our additional products may be beneficial to them in their new home.  The additional products that we supply are Shield (boiler cover), Electric & Wiring cover along with Telephone and Broadband to name a few, which can be very beneficial to customer moving to a new property.

To be successful in this role, we require you to have a high level of Customer Service experience, along with excellent pc skills, and be competent in working with multiple systems. You must also possess excellent communication skills, listening skills, and have extensive experience working within a sales and target driven environment. 

We invest in our most valuable assets â€" our people.  All roles are supported by a 6 week classroom based training programme that is fun, interactive and customised to meet the needs of our customers. This is then followed by support and guidance from experienced Team Managers and advisors to enhance your skills.  Please be aware that we are unable to authorise any time off within the first 8 weeks of employment.

Positions are based within our state of the art contact centre in Cumbernauld. Facilities include free on site parking, gym and a canteen. All positions are permanent, 37 hrs per week, and there are Day Shift and Back Shift patterns available. Day shift is between 7am â€" 6pm Monday to Friday and Back Shift is between 10am â€" 8pm Monday to Friday. Both shift patterns require you to work rotational Saturdays. The start dates are Monday 16th July & Monday 23rd July 2012.
