We are currently looking to recruit experienced Administrators for a 6 month contract based in the Paisley area.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be:
Ø Carrying out day to day administration tasks
Ø Update and maintain information on the clients files
Ø Experience of working in Finance would be an advantage
Ø Taking and dealing with clients telephone enquiries
Ø High attention to detail
Ø Meeting and greeting clients if required
Ø Assist with ad hoc duties as required
The candidate must have a proven administration background along with good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be IT literate in Word and Excel.
Have a “can do attitude” and be an enthusiastic team player, smart in appearance, flexible and reliable, with a checkable work history.
