NAV & Performnce Analyst Edinburgh

Eden Scott's client is currently seeking NAV & Performance Analyst to join the Portfolio Team based in Edinburgh.
This area of the business is responsible for NAV/Performance calculation for institutional accounts. The successful person will analyse /compare with third party providers such as custodian banks and accounting agents. This area of the business works very closely with Cash Reconciliation Team to ensure minimal risk in NAV /Performance calculation caused by cash reconciliation exceptions.

Responsibilities

Produce portfolio evaluations
Performance calculation and analyse NAV with in house system for institutional separate accounts
Work closely with all department to ensure accuracy of performance/NAV calculations
Communicate with Cash Reconciliation Team to resolve open cash reconciliation items
Prepare and review holdings reconciliations
Reconcile position, prices market value and accruals
Maintain relations with third parties (custodian banks, and accounting agents, consultants and auditors
Help inn testing and implementing of STP (Straight Through Processing )

Requirement

Experience in NAV/Performance
Sound knowledge of fixed income securites, futues, options
Analytical
Excellent communication skills
