Location: Cunninghame House, Irvine
Duration: Approximately 12 months
What is the Role? Resource the service in all matters relating to organisational development and the transformation agenda.
What will you do?
Maintain and report on the service transformation programme and provide project management support to services undertaking programmes of change. Liaise with colleagues in Learning and Development and SVQ assessment to ensure an integrated approach to management and workforce development.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
You will have a Business Degree or equivalent and experience of developing and co-ordinating plans and supporting major change management processes. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will have the ability to travel throughout North Ayrshire.
