Right Recruitment (part of the Hillcrest Group of Companies) is a new Social Enterprise Recruitment Agency based in Dundee and covering the Tayside, Angus, Fife and Perthshire areas. 

Our client, a well respected care provider has an immediate requirement for 2 full time permanent Nurses to work within a modern residential care facility in the Perth area.   

The care facility caters for adults with significant learning disabilities, particularly autism and provides 24 hour nurse care with support workers.

Experience of working in a challenging behaviour unit is preferred although training will be provided (safe restraint) as part of the company induction process to good nursing candidates without this particular experience. 

Emphasis is placed upon treating people with dignity and respect, providing person-centred care and enablement. 

As the nurse in charge of the unit, you should be able to manage people and work effectively in a team with excellent communication skills and a calm demeanour.  The successful candidate will embrace the philosophy of treating all service users with dignity and respect, be forward thinking and enjoy a challenge.  In return, our client will offer extensive career development potential, excellent training and support.
