Possible secondment opportunity for internal staff
RNIB Scotland & Action on Hearing Loss Scotland are pleased to announce this exciting new post. Through the Joint Sensory One Stop Service project, you will develop, implement and monitor shared care services and pathways to support the needs of people living with sensory loss in Ayrshire & Arran. This post will combine working with NHS Ayrshire & Arran, East Ayrshire Council, South Ayrshire Council, North Ayrshire Council and other partners including voluntary organisations.
You will have experience in developing shared care services and or pathways, knowledge of the provision of health and community care services commissioning and the ability to develop effective and supportive relationships with agencies including health, local authorities and voluntary sector.
Appointment is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG Scheme) and appropriate check.
