Industrious Ltd Onsite Coordinator Gourock £15,600 - £16,640

Due to business growth we are looking for an Onsite Coordinator at one of our major on-sites in Inverclyde. The role will involve:
- Managing a small team of Agency Reps
- Daily coordination of shift allocations
- Holiday planning and management
- Absence and attrition management
- Performance management of Associates to drive productivity and quality improvement
- Support for our Associates with general queries (pay, tax, NI etc)
We are looking for someone ideally with onsite contract management experience or experience of managing teams within a warehouse environment. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, coaching ability and advanced level software skills.

You will be required to work shifts: 5 out of 7 days, lates or nights on a fixed pattern between 05:45am and 22:15pm
