Sense Scotland supports children and adults throughout Scotland who have communication support needs because of deafblindness, sensory impairment, learning and physical disabilities.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our HR function.
Location Sangobeg House, Dundee. Hours of work 37 hours per week.
You will provide high quality administrative support to the HR team, undertaking general office administration and ensuring that all HR systems, databases and processes, including recruitment, payroll and staff leave, are efficiently and effectively maintained and supported, following established routines and agreed approaches which reflect good HR practice and the organisation’s policies and values.
A good team player with sound administrative competencies and/or qualifications, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be computer literate with good keyboard skills.
