My client who is an established company based in Dunfermline, have a requirement for an experienced Administrator to join their team to cover staff absence. The contract will be for a minimum of 1 month and may be ongoing so you would need to be able to commit to the role for the duration. The man duties will include reception duties, covering busy telephone, filing, processing invoices with use of Sage, mail duties and assisting members of staff with their administration as and when required
The candidate they are looking for will have experience of working in a busy office and will be immediately available with excellent IT skills.
