As part of the on-going development of the University catering service, the University is seeking to recruit several Food Service Assistants.  We have vacancies in Ayr, Hamilton and Paisley campuses. There are varying hours of work from 20 – 32.5 hours per week.

Duties will include basic food preparation, simple cooking, general kitchen work and food service including conference catering.  Duties also include cash handling.

No experience is required for the posts however, previous experience working in a busy customer service orientated catering environment and an up to date food hygiene certificate would be an advantage.
