The Role

As Project Accountant in Inverness, duties will include working closely with the accounts/delivery teams to ensure reliable monthly reporting of actuals and forecasts, ensuring compliance to accounting standards, understanding the client contracts and ensuring that project set ups and processes match delivery models, trending analysis on revenue, direct costs and contribution and assisting with the production of the annual budget. You will get significant exposure to a number of large scale projects and will face off regularly to Project Managers and senior Finance team members. In oreder to meet the criteria for this position, we are looking for a fully qualified accountant, ideally with a background in IT Services. You must also have a background in Project Accounting as well as analysing complex information and dealing regularly with non Finance individuals. Finally, you should be enthusiastic, proactive and willing to travel when required.

Salary & Benefits

As Project Accountant in Inverness, salary is between £30k and £40k depending on experience.
