SSE are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate to join the Energy Supply Compliance Team as a Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of compliance related projects.  You'll assist the Project Manager in their daily duties and will take ownership of the quality assurance database, creating reports when required.  You'll help to compile training and briefing material and delivery roll out, and will research and gather information for new products and system enhancements.

You'll also assist with the monitoring and development of business plans and project documentation and will compile information to measure success after the project has been delivered

To carry out the role successfully you'll be confident liasing with people of all levels and you'll have experience of monitoring progress against programmes.  You should have knowledge of creating and using Gantt charts and network analysis techniques.

In addition you will have the ability to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure and you'll demonstrate excellent presentation skills.  You'll be able to adapt quickly to change and will possess good Microsoft Office skills, including Powerpoint.  Ideally you will have some knowledge of MS Project.
