Candidates will ideally hold a knowledge of multi-modal operations however, a bias on with Air or Ocean freight will be considered.
A general overview of duties are -
oCustomer Service Excellence
oAbility to meet strict KPI targets
oBills of Lading
oLetters of Credit
oCertificates of Origin & AAD's understanding / Experience
oCustoms formalities / NES
oProgress & book customer's orders
oFinancial Awareness
oLiaise with Shipping Lines / Airlines
