QA Manager Aberdeen   negotiable

Eden Scott are recruiting for one of our Global Clients for a Quality Manager where you will be required to establish and maintain an effective Business Management System to meet regulatory and industry requirements. This will be done be developing and managing the monitoring, audit, review and improvement processes required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the BMS.

Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for establishing an effective company wide business management system
*Promoting a quality culture and driving the strategy for business excellence throughout the organisation
*Reporting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation.
*Influencing personnel to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
*Promoting standards of best practice and excellence throughout the organisation based on the principles established in the company core Values.
*Managing and leading the Quality team.
*Managing the performance of third party external auditors

Experience/Skills:
Member of the Institute of Quality Assurance.
Lead Auditor qualified (IRCA) with experience of managing a comprehensive audit program and audit teams.
Experienced manager, able to effectively deploy departmental resources and critically appraise individual performance to identify areas for personal development and improvement.
*Experienced in the development of business management systems.
*An accomplished communicator with good people skills and able to work with personnel at all levels in an organisation.
*Strong knowledge of Health & Safety within an oil industry environment is highly desirable
