Administers company receiving and shipping processes

Administers company requisition process and local purchasing processes.

Supervises Material Warehouse man.

Administers and controls project materials documents and reports. 

Accountable for accuracy of all material reports and documents.

Controls incoming and outgoing equipment removed from drilling rig.

Maintains log of activity in storage areas.

Coordinate logistics with Construction Engineers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Inspectors, etc. & provide information to Project Accountant & Corporate Accounting as requested.

Works under the direction of the Project Manager to the extent that day to day activities are completed.Reports to the MSG Manager - Materials & Purchasing Travel to remote locations when necessary to report activity of materials / equipment where company personnel are not present.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.
