Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

£18K depending on experience

Our client is a utilities company, so utilities experience in preferred. You will be responsible for resolving customers, payments and asset enquiries by visiting premises, accurately capturing and recording information and liaising with all relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and the ability to deal with challenging and difficult conversations. You will also require a full clean driving licence
