Practice Development Manager
Based: Stirling with travel across Scotland.
We require a professional qualified in social work with experience in developing and implementing quality assurance systems, on/off line, to improve social care services. Promoting best practice, the successful candidate will work with our Managers to review and develop policies, practice and standards of work ensuring the safeguarding and protection of service users is paramount.
Significant experience in the delivery of care, protection and safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and supervision of practice in these areas is required. You will have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 9 or above plus a management qualification at SCQF level 8 or above or equivalent knowledge acquired by other means.
