This is an excellent opportunity to join a global market leading manufacturing organisation supplying goods to the oils and gas industry. The organisation are currently going through a period of growth over the next 18 months.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the procurement department. Duties will include:
Assisting accounts payable to resolve invoice queries
Creating purchase order numbers and matching them to invoices
Working as part of a small team
General admin support as required
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
A positive attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision
A proactive mentality who is prepared to ask questions in order to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
A keenness to see a job through from start to completion
Excellent communication and team working skills
High levels of attention to detail
Hourly rate will be based on £16k salary pro rata to 20 hours per week
Hours are Part Time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm.
