Events and Groups Coordinator Ayr   £16000 - £18000 per annum

Eden Scott's client, a leading 5* resort hotel, we are looking to recruit an Events and Groups Coordinator.

This role will join an established team who provide an efficient and friendly luxury sales experience for both the individual traveller and group and event business.

Key responsibilities include:

*Responding to all enquiries in an efficient and professional, timely manner
*Converting the business to maximise revenues and achieve budgeted and forecasted targets.
*Confirming and securing business before successfully handing over to Front of House or Event Planners
*To maximise revenues and create additional revenues, by utilising upselling techniques an all areas of the resort.
*Assist in familiarisation trips and client entertainment as required

To apply for this role as Events and Groups Coordinator it is essential that you have event or reservations experience from working within a hotel/venue.
