My client, a long established SME based in Dundee currently have a vacancy for a Financial Controller to join their team on a permanent basis and lead their in house finance department. Reporting into directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas;

  • Ultimate responsibility for the company's accounting function
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of same
  • Preparing annual budgets and ongoing forecasts as required
  • Maintaining a strong control of Credit Control
  • VAT returns
  • Leading a small finance team
  • Preparing financial management information as required

    • The successful candidate will either be a fully Qualified Accountant or consider themselves Qualified by Experience. You will have experience in a leadership role and will be competent prioritising tasks, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Financial Controller to utilise their experience within a fast paced, dynamic and forward thinking business.
