Our client is seeking an experienced HR Adviser / Business Partner to join a small but dynamic HR function, reporting to the Head of HR.
You will have gained solid exposure as a HR generalist and be comfortable in handling a wide range of operational people issues, particularly within the Employee Relations field. Exposure to HR within a unionised environment would be useful but not vital.
You will also be familiar with the Business Partner model and be capable of collaborating and influencing business leaders and managers.
The HR function is busy and fast-paced and there is excellent scope for developing and fine-tuning your HR skills. The experience gained within this organisation, along with excellent mentoring from senior HR, will stand the individual in good stead for career progression in the future.
