An exciting opportunity exists to provide cover during the maternity leave of the current post-holder.  Key responsibilities of the role are to deal with repairs and maintenance issues in respect of our office premises; assist with the fleet management of our company cars (repairs, insurances etc); monitor and manage service and utilities contracts; monitor and manage stock levels/payment of invoices in key areas of stationery, postages etc; ensure safe systems of work and resolve health and safety matters effectively.  Previous experience of health and safety matters in addition to facilities management within a business environment is essential.
