Business Sales Consultant to the Skilled Industrial Trades

£16,000 basic + Uncapped Bonus - pay rising to £20k based on exceeding targets

Starting salary is £16,000 rising to £20,000 after reaching and succeeding targets consistently. 1st year average earnings are £28,000, 2nd year £40,000, with many time served members of staff earning WELL in excess of this. The role is a mix of both New Business Sales and Account Management.

The role is in a business to business capacity, self sourcing and cold calling decision makers and purchase managers of skilled trade companies such as plumbers, builders, joiners etc. Promoting our clients full products range to them. It is through these initial calls that you will look to make new business sales and strike up a lasting relationship to build upon for future sales opportunities.

You will come from a steady sales background yourself and looking to move into a rather unique sales role, different to most other sales opportunities available. A history of achieving sales targets and sourcing new business from scratch is ESSENTIAL to your application. You will be thick skinned, hungry and must be able to handle the inevitable rejection and challenges that the role will bring. The faint hearted or soft natured need not apply.
