An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager at the 4 star Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre. The Hotel Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Hotel and Conference Centre with responsibility for Kitchen, Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Health Club and for the comfort and safety of all guests.

With 168 bedrooms, 3 restaurants and 14 versatile meeting and conference spaces, The Beardmore is Scotland’s Conference Hotel of the Year and a member of Conference Centres of Excellence. Wholly owned by NHS Scotland, The Beardmore is looking for a motivated individual who will lead from the front to deliver world class customer service to all, including conference organisers and delegates, hotel and restaurant guests and NHS clients. With in depth experience in a similar property, the ability to build and develop high achieving delivery teams and with close attention to detail, the Hotel Manager will report to the Director of The Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre.

We are looking for an outstanding individual who is passionate about hospitality and conferencing, and who is able to continue and improve upon the successful operation of the venue, drive revenue and manage costs effectively.
