About the role
You’ll be working with private bankers and investment managers to deliver world class service to support critical business operations. Acting as the first point of contact for technical queries or system problems, you’ll aim to provide a high first time fix resolution rate and engage with the wider technology team to address complex issues. It will stretch your skills across a range of disciplines and technologies and ultimately we’ll expect you to deliver an outstanding service that surpasses client expectations.
About you
You will be a technology professional with a good appreciation of a broad range of systems and technologies. You will be a motivated individual, possessing first class analytical and problem solving skills. You will have excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering world-class customer service tour stakeholders, and comfortable working in a busy environment
