A major Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Business Partner to provide strategic support and drive improved financial and operational performance. This is an exciting job opportunity which will allow the successful candidate to work with Senior Managers in the retail business and actively engage in influencing decisions.
You will be required to make decisions by providing financial insight for the business and strategic support and ideas for investments through proactive monitoring of financial and trading performance. You will own the overall delivery of the budget for this area of the business and will work closely with the business to ensure that key actions are in place and delivered whilst ensuring that relevant controls and governance are in place.
The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills with experience of working with senior stakeholders. You will have experience of building strong working relationships and influencing at all levels, have a Retail Finance background and be able to apply financial management skills and techniques.
