*Our Client is the world's leading direct seller of beauty and related products.
*Candidate will be working for our client as an Area Sales/ Recruitment Manager.
*Main purpose of the role is to build, manage and motivate a team of high performing, sales team leaders and representatives.
*Must have experience and be confident when working towards targets as will be responsible for the recruitment of a sales team. Where a minimum of 10 staff must be recruited per week.
*Will be doing own advertising through various methods such as cold calling and door to door sales. Previous experience of sales/advertising is necessary.
*Previous management skills are important for the role as candidate will be required to plan, review and forecast business activity and provide support for a large team to ensure company KPI's are met.
*Receptive and responsive to change, the role involves working from home and the successful candidate will be required to stay away from home to attend business meetings and training.
*Candidates must have excellent communication skills, as will be responsible for getting the most out of staff to achieve and exceed company targets.
*Strong leadership skills are also essential as candidates will be supervising a large team of sales representatives.
*Must be extremely motivated and target driven - giving examples of times they have managed staff and achieved and exceeded targets as will be responsible for growing the area.
Ideally candidates would have worked in a sales role and worked within the Beauty sector, however this is not essential.
