Recruitment Administrator

On-going Temporary Role

Excellent Hourly rate

Based: Dunfermline

My client, a well-known and well respected Manufacturing organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their HR team, this role will be on an on-going temporary basis.

In this role you will be involved in the following:

  • Coordinating interviews and assessment events.
  • Processing a high volume of applications and ensuring they are logged correctly on the internal system.
  • Liaise with Recruitment Agencies as appropriate.
  • Be involved in Assessment events.
  • Process paperwork for new starters, processing and issuing contracts and taking up references.
  • Booking interview rooms, coordinate interviewers etc.

  • To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience:

  • Previous HR / Recruitment experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
  • Good IT skills, specifically proficient in using Word and Excel.
