B2B Telesales Account Manager - Livingston

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Telephone Account Manager / Outbound Sales Consultant for our client in Livingston. 

This opportunity offers the right individual a great opportunity to join a growing team in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience and success in a desk based sales position.  For this varied role, we require an “all-rounder” who will be able to:

-          Generate new business through an organised campaign of outbound telemarketing

-           Identify and develop key accounts from an existing large customer base

-           And to also convert any inbound sales enquiries.

Ideally you will have knowledge of all main Microsoft packages, and be able to demonstrate excellent keyboard and organisational skills.  You will possess the ability to work under your own initiative and enjoy the pressure and rewards of a challenging sales role. You will be expected to plan and report on your sales & account development activity. The client’s product range is large and diverse and the successful applicant will need to quickly learn develop a very high standard of product knowledge.
