Established and highly successful international manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Systems Engineer to join their business in the Highlands of Scotland.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A truly fantastic opportunity has arisen for a quality professional to join this worldwide major manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the Design Quality Manager you will work in a team of 8 engineers and joining an established team of truly professional engineers to provide technical Quality Engineering leadership to the business in order to ensure the highest levels of product quality, process, and systems integrity to the customer and to be an expert in key Quality Systems. You will lead activities such as change control, design control, supplier monitoring and risk management support of operations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideally you will have an Engineering Masters Degree or BSc with experience of advanced Formal problem solving techniques such as BLACK OR GREEN BELT with outstanding skills and experience in Quality Systems, manufacturing knowledge, excellent knowledge of regulatory environment i.e. ISO 13485:2003; 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971 and ISO 15197 Risk Management tools such as FMEA, Statistics and a Working knowledge of failure investigation. You will have substantial experience in any of the following fields: AUTOMOTIVE, DEFENCE, MILITARY, ELECTRONICS, AEROSPACE, MEDICAL, and PHARMACUETICAL. Additionally, you will be process, performance and results driven with the ability to project manage and influence business partners and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance to quality systems.
