As Administrator your main responsibilities will include
Accurate input of data into project databases in line with applicable project procedures.
Assist with the preparation of project documentation.
Photo copying, filing and retrieval of documents.
Provide secretarial support to the Project Team / Project Manager.
Production of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint documents/reports as required.
Maintain accurate filing system for project letters / reports / memos etc
Arrange travel/accommodation for project team members in line with company procedure.
Take and record phone calls for project team members
This is a contract position
