Returns Administrator Kilmarnock   Competitive

Based at our warehouse in Kilmarnock this role reports to warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and is responsible for:

• Processing all store and manufacturer returns in a methodical, timely and professional manner
• Processing all store returns for clearance
• Dealing with all store and head office requests and enquiries, feeding back required information within agreed timeline
• Managing all mid season stock swap for buyers
• Carrying out intial inspections on returns to determine actions required
• Understanding each brands processes and adhering to them
• Dealing with all store repairs in agreed timescale
• Creation and update of spreadsheet to control and track all returns
• Ensuring that all supplier returned stock is picked up by carrier within agreed time frame
• Adhering to all warehouse and office housekeeping standards
• Working as part of the team when completing company audits
• High standard of communication skills

The successful candidate must have an analyical approach, the ability to understand and comply with company processes regarding faulty items and maintain good relations whilst liaising with suppliers.
