We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a training organisation, based in Glasgow, on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a perfect opportunity for an individual with customer service and administration experience to join a supportive, target driven team.
Your duties will include although will not be limited to:
- General administration duties
- Updating information onto in-house systems
- Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure information is updated accurately and within set timescales
- Data processing and record management
- Mail management
- Scanning and archiving documentation
You will have first class verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in the use of MS Office and have a proactive, organised approach to your work.
