A leading Estates & Facilities management service provider is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract basis. The contract is set to commence in August and will run for 18 months.
You will assist in the delivery of an ongoing investment in the maintenance and improvement of a diverse property portfolio. You will specifically manage the delivery of multiple projects from client brief, through design, tender, construction to final handover. Projects will mostly consist of small works ranging in value from £10k-£250k.
To apply for this position you have significant experience delivering small works through design, tender and construction. You should ideally come from a Building Services background, working within Contractor, Consultancy or Client body. You shouls have proven experience working as a Project Manager and should ideally be Prince 2 qualified. You should also be IT literate and hold a valid UK driving license.
