The social work Duty Hub has an opportunity for an Customer Service Assistant to become part of the Team.
The Team is part of Social Care & Health for Adults, covering the Borders, from a location in Hawick.
We are looking for an individual who has the ability to demonstrate tact,sensitivity and insight required to identify needs and risks of service users contacting the duty service.
You will become a member of a supportive team, which is made up of Customer Service Assistants, Qualified Social Workers, Occupational Therapist Assistant and a Team Leader. Please note the Location may be subject to change. 5 Standard Grades, including English and Mathematics are an essential requirement of this post.
