An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Finance Assistant to join the team in our Global Head Office in Dundee.

Finance Assistant

We are looking for a part time Finance Assistant to work 22.5 hours per week (hours can be agreed to fit in around school hours if needed).

You will be required to process all bank receipts and payments on a daily basis, raise sales invoices and process expenses.  Other responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, petty cash and any other ad hoc tasks as requested.

We are looking for you to have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and experience of working with a high volume of sales invoicing.  You will have an eye for detail and have the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working calmly under pressure.

You will display initiative but recognise when to involve someone with more experience.

You should be familiar using Excel spreadsheets and computerised financial applications and it would be desirable to have experience of Microsoft Navision.
