Job Summary

Grade: Grade 4 £15,182 - £16,625
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Aitken Place, Ardrossan and Cunninghame House, Irvine

What is the Role? To provide a high standard of administrative support to the managers and practitioners within a busy Children and Families Team.

What will you do?

Arrange, attend and minute complex meetings in relation to Looked After Children and Child Protection, as necessary and transcribe minutes within appropriate timescales. Provision of high quality customer focused reception and telephone service. Assisting practitioners in the maintenance of their Case files. Entering and retrieving data from a range of systems. Comply with confidentiality, ICT security and data protection guidelines.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

You will have three standard grades including English, Maths and Office Information Systems or equivalent, and experience in relevant computer packages. You will also have experience of minute taking, preferably within a legal framework and experience of operating within a busy office environment and working with the general public.
