Our client, a globally renowned organization BASED IN FALKIRK, are looking to add a talented individual to their Inside Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that has big plans for 2012/13.

Must haves:

  • Current Telephone based Business to Business Sales Experience (2years with one organization) is a must or you will not be considered. This must be current! And you must be hungry!
  • ITC/Telecoms experience would be preferred but we will look at similar backgrounds.
  • You must have a proven history of NEW business i.e. Cold calling, getting through to DM, negotiating, getting agreement - taking control.
  • Personality is key!!! Outgoing and enthusiastic. Tough and tenacious!
  • Evidence of your sales results would help at interview!!!

    What will you do?

  • Desk based calls to public and/or private sector client base, selling a range of products and services
  • Targeting clients both in the UK and Europe across various industries
  • To achieve and exceed set individual monthly sales targets
  • Accurate forecasting of wins for forthcoming month
  • Ensuring monthly pipeline is maintained - Diary management
  • To effectively qualify and maximize growth potential
