The Lennox Partnership are recruiting a highly motivated, dedicated and professional Project Leader with at least 2 years management experience in the employability sector.  The role will involve leading a team of Consultants to meet demanding job outcome targets while maintaining a quality service delivery for customers.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in the employability and training sector and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets while delivering a quality service to unemployed customers.  Must have leadership skills and have the ability to manage conflict.  Experience of working with madatory customers would be an advantage.  Must have excellent IT, Planning, Communication and Interpersonl skills.  The successful candidatemust have a full current driving licence and have the use of a car.
