We are currently looking to recruit dynamic, professional, meticulous individuals for an award winning campaign within RESPONSE.

This role involves providing 100% accurate information to individuals who are looking for guidance regarding documentation queries and dealing with customer enquiries.  In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent development opportunities within both the campaign and organisation. Full training for the role will be provided.

The Role:

As an important member of the team your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be to adhere to the following key responsibilities:

  • Deliver first class level of Customer Service
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Handle sensitive information with paramount professionalism
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Problem solving and objection handling

The People:

In order to be successful in this role, candidates should be professional, confident and assertive in addition to demonstrating a positive approach in dealing with any challenges they encounter. Ideally we are looking for people with previous contact centre or customer service experience, although this is not essential.

It is important to note due to the nature of this role, RESPONSE will conduct various pre employment checks on successful candidates. This will involve a basic credit check, two year end to end reference checks well as a Disclosure Scotland Criminal Record Check.
