Welcome Desk Receptionist
GS3, £16,477 per annum pro rata
The Students’ Association is looking for a friendly and approachable individual who can support our Welcome Desk and assist our member and visitor enquiries. Applicants should have a flexible approach, be highly motivated, possess good interpersonal skills, have a can do attitude and enjoy working in a busy environment. This post involves balancing membership enquiries and supporting the administrative functions of the Students’ Association. This post is initially fixed term until Friday 31st May 2013.
Application forms should be returned to the Students' Association by Tuesday 24th July 2012 at 4pm. CVs alone will not be considered. The provisional date set for interviews is Thursday 9th August 2012 at the GCU Glasgow Campus.
If you have not heard from us by Friday 27th July 2012 then please assume that you have not been shortlisted for interview.
