Quality Manager - Leeds City Centre - 7 month contract Glasgow   £35000 - £40000 per annum

A large Financial Services outsourcing company are recruiting for a Quality Manager for a 7 month project with a leading bank.

This is a FTC only with a salary of £35k - £40k pro-rata.

You will:

Lead and promote quality and consistency across all areas within the project within client, company and FSA regulatory guidelines.
Provide quality advice to managers and quality teams.
Escalate emerging risks and issues to the Senior Operations Manager.
Take responsibility for communicating procedures and quality reports to clients.

The successful candidate will be able to commit to the full term of the contract.
You must have expert knowledge and continuing professional development relating to processes, products and regulation in financial services.

You need to be able to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently.
Financial Planning Certificate or equivalent is desirable.
